An energetic and enthusiastic community volunteer, Paddi enjoys serving the Hartford Parking
Authority as Commissioner and Treasurer as well as holding a variety of board memberships at
many of Hartford’s prominent community organizations such as the Charter Oak Chapter of the
American Red Cross, the Connecticut Women’s Council, and the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame.
